SINFUL: From Good Girl to Empowered Woman – Find Authentic Happiness by Unleashing Your SINFUL Side

You’ve Been the Good Girl

It’s Time to Choose Yourself and Get a Little SINFUL

Self-Care Inspired. No Filters. Unapologetic Living.

Are you an ambitious but soulfully tired woman over 40?
Do you long to feel seen, heard, and supported in ways that actually matter to you?
Want to get it in a way that doesn’t include guilt, shame, or apolgy?
In a way that is deeply ethically conscious but a little rebellious?
** ’cause we both know there’s a rebel girl inside of you that’s aching to be set free, right? **

Have you been a good girl?

Rarely got in trouble.
Great student.
Nice to everyone.
Taught Sunday School at church.
Didn’t drink or smoke.
Maybe even graduated from a Bible college.

The ultimate people-pleaser.

Lacking boundaries and letting people use you as a doormat.

Aimless in your plans for the future because you let others dictate your direction.

Subscribe to the idea that it’s better to give than to receive.
(But why does it feel like no one is giving to you?)

You got the job, got married, had babies, bought the house, adopted the dog and cat.

Yeah, I get it.

I was a good girl, too…Until I wasn’t.

In my later forties, something changed for me.
If I’m being honest, it’s that I realized I was actually middle-aged.

Like, holy F, when did that happen???

An entirely new biological clock was ticking on my life, and it was LOUD.

I realized that I didn’t know who I was outside the roles of daughter, mother, and wife. My life wasn’t awful, but it also felt empty. No passion. No purpose. No true joy.

So now what?” I thought.

I didn’t know. I only knew I could no longer stay where I was.

But you can’t achieve new results with the same old tactics, can you?

So I took a deep breath and began to tiptoe my way out of my good girl box and straight into a life that feels like I’ve finally exhaled after holding my breath for decades.

The thing about being a good girl is that it’s exhausting.

Give, give, give, and then give some more.

But if you dare to take? If you dare to indulge your authentic wants and needs? Or expect that others might pour into you for a change?

Hold on there, Miss!

You’re being selfish. You’re being needy. You’re too loud. You’re too full of yourself.

Unapologetic authenticity is so rare these days that, when others see it, it’s often mislabeled as pride, envy, greed, or any other of the seven deadly sins.

So you shrink back down into the prescribed good girl box that you’ve contorted yourself into for the whole of your life.

But what if there was another way?

What if you kick that condemnation to the curb and embrace your authentic needs, dreams, and desires?

What if you take those “sinful” behaviors you’ve been accused of and turn them into something empowering in the most ethical of ways?

The Hard Truth Is…

It can be hard to navigate your way out of the good girl box on your own.

Why?

Because the people around you are accustomed to you being there. You try to climb out and finally enjoy the fruits of your life’s labors and are met with condemnation. How dare you step out of the box that they are comfortable with? There’s much wailing and gnashing of teeth, and not wanting to rock the boat, you’ve found it’s easier to step back into that good girl box than make anyone else around you a bit uncomfortable with your growth.

And because, honestly, sometimes it’s just scary af to step out of your comfort zone on your own.

Creating any type of change requires that you shake things up a bit. You have to ruffle some feathers. You have to get a little rebellious about it.

But you can do it in a wholly ethical way.
In fact, that’s the only way you should be doing it.

It starts by going back to who you are and approaching your transformation from empty to whole in a brand new way.

Honoring your core values.
Sinking into your dreams and desires.
Embracing your wants and needs.

“At my age, I think it’s too late. Besides, I think I can do this on my own.”

Can you? Really? Because if you can, why haven’t you done it yet?

Look, I get it. It’s cozy in the good girl box. It’s familiar. And all your favorite snacks are there. However, we’re not meant to go through this life slogging it out on our own.

Elite athletes work with coaches. Actors, musicians, and artists of all kinds work with coaches and teachers. Top business professionals work with coaches and mentors. So why not you, too?

It’s taken you a lifetime to achieve the greatness that is the present you, but you know there’s more to gain. Hear me when I say my clients begin experiencing the effects of the very transformation you’re seeking within days of working together.
It doesn’t take time, only intention.

And it’s never too late. Not ever.

But don’t just take my word for it. Here’s what others are saying…

SINFUL is for the woman who’s willing to throw caution to the wind and take a little walk on the wild side.

No more playing it safe.

No more settling.

No more residing in the good girl box.
